DOL extends effective date for compliance on plan sponsor fee disclosure regulation
The Department of Labor’s Employee Benefits Security Administration announced Friday that it will extend the effective date for the new plan sponsor fee disclosure rules under section 408(b)(2) of ERISA from July 16, 2011 to Jan. 1, 2012.
