History

At FRS Capital Management, we trace our roots to 1984. For over 25 years, we have been creating retirement and financial plans for businesses, government entities and individuals, from municipal police plans and non-uniformed pensions to 401(k) and 403 (b) plans, and IRA rollovers.

Our success is a result of deep experience, an independent and objective approach, and the willingness to take on fiduciary responsibilities throughout the retirement plan process.

We manage the whole plan, not just the money by:

Analyzing plan alternatives to fit employee demographics and funding levels;
Selecting the right investments, educating participants and ensuring all paperwork is in order;
Keeping abreast of ongoing requirements and reporting procedures of government entities; and
Continually monitoring investment vehicles to ensure they continue to be the right fit for your plan.
